Free onsite parking, Convenient location, Good size window
Noisy weekend parties made rest impossible, and cleanliness could be improved with better carpet maintenance!!! Limited TV channels felt frustrating!!!

Couples looking for comfort
This hotel had a fantastic staff that went above and beyond. The owner cooked for us when we returned late from a gig, unexpected and what a treat that was.
Wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

Perfect spot for a concert!
Had a fantastic stay for a night. The place is super close to the First Direct Arena, which was ideal for us. Our room and ensuite were spotless. The staff were super friendly! Wish we could've tried their in-room breakfast, but we ran out of time. Just a bit noisy outside at night.

It was just a decent option for a weekend excursion in Leeds with all in all brilliant value for money. The bed against two walls wasn't very comfy, but I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Bring your own milk for tea and coffee to make the most of it.

would like to go back there again
the twin room I stayed in had comfy beds, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. the bathroom needed some attention, with a dirty toilet and no plug in the bath. the cleaned bedding was a plus. but the noise outside and a damaged window made it hard to relax.
